From customising our existing production board designs to working on your own concept, we can help build your dream windsurf board. Whether it’s a high speed slalom board for giant jumps or a tweaked out 6 finned waveboard with wings – the custom board option opens up endless possibilities.
It’s not all about going crazy though – with the custom build option you’ll discuss your board design directly one on one with Carbon Art’s board designer James Dinnis. He’ll guide you through the process and lend his many years of windsurf design and construction knowledge to developing a custom board in line with your requirements.
As with all our boards, the custom board is created with hand crafted attention to detail and the highest quality composite construction.

Pro Construction
Better than the best. With Pro Construction you’ll get the same base construction, but vacuum laminated with even more advanced fibre composites – such as Double Bias carbon, 12k ribbon carbon, Innegra, S glass and selected epoxy resin. This will create an even more highly tuned responsive board. Hand finished to perfection with a special Teflon™-like polished finish that provides a super fast bottom surface and stays cleaner and faster than the alternatives.
The result is a seemingly impossible strength to weight ratio, with up to .5 kg weight saving for unparalleled performance, and an incredibly strong board.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required to place your board order into production once custom board details have been confirmed. The remainder to be paid before delivery.
What is the time frame for manufacturing?
