Carbon Art is growing fast and needs a new team member for our production facility in Okato, Taranaki.

Carbon Art International is New Zealand’s only windsurf board manufacturer and focuses on developing and manufacturing performance production windsurf boards. Carbon Art is growing its international presence having recently signed with distributors in Australia and Europe following the success of our Phil McGain line of Slalom boards. As a result we are increasing our manufacturing facility to meet growing demand for our product.

What attributes does the successful candidate possess? You’ll be passionate about windsurfing, strive for perfection in your work and a strong desire to learn cutting edge design and manufacturing techniques. You most probably have a formal trade or tertiary education and are computer literate. Advantages include experience in manufacturing environments, working with composite materials and or CAD/CAM experience. Primarily its about attitude; you’ll want to get it right for our customers so they have the best experience possible on the water.
